“worst center ever , no one there is helpful and honest and no one takes their job seriously. The account managers ( sara & mohammed ) are just liars they deduct many lessons from my subscription and they asked me to pay multiple times to get my lessons that I already paid for 👎 i really don’t recommend this center even to my enemies”

“My experience with this institute was absolutely awful. All they care about is taking money for the subscription. Before paying, I clearly told them that I needed a Russian-speaking teacher to learn Arabic, and they said, “Yes, we have one, no problem.” I paid for privet lessons for one month. After payment, they assigned me an Arabic-speaking teacher who insisted that all communication would be only in Arabic, even though I don’t even know the alphabet. This shows complete disregard for clients’ requests. When I said I wasn’t satisfied and asked for a refund, they told me that payments are non-refundable. This is one of the worst educational experiences I ever had. Avoid this place at all cost.”

“The star will go only to my teacher that was lovely. regarding the institute itself it’s a disaster. Honestly ? RUN ! They just want your money they completely don’t care about anything else. They will say yes to all your request and once you paid You won’t get any support or respect. They weren’t able to fit our availabilities for weeks and then they said remaining classes were lost. So you guys will definitely pay for something you won’t get. Check other comments I am not the only one facing this issue… one more time : RUN”
