“If you are looking for a genuinely great spot to take the kids in Sharjah, I have to recommend this fun house in Al Qasba, Al Majaz. Honestly, it is an exceptional place. ​Right from the moment you walk in, you notice the great atmosphere and how incredibly clean the facilities are. Cleanliness is always a huge deal when taking kids out, and they clearly maintain the place very well. But what makes this spot stand out the most is that you can actually let your kids play for hours completely worry-free. The staff is a big reason for that—they are super friendly, very professional, and keep a good eye on things, giving you real peace of mind. ​Another major plus for me was the setup for the adults. A lot of play areas completely forget about the parents, but here they have a really comfortable seating area. Best of all, there are actually enough seats for everyone, so you aren't left standing around awkwardly waiting for your kids to finish. ​As for the activities, there’s a great variety of games, and you can tell that safety is always a priority with how everything is set up. Also, a massive bonus: they have toilets right inside the facility. Any parent knows what a lifesaver it is not to have to drag kids out of the play area just to find a bathroom! ​To top it all off, the fees are really reasonable. We paid just 90 AED for two kids, which is fantastic value for the experience. Highly recommended!”

“Very disappointing experience. The staff called us and informed us that our baby needed a diaper change. We rushed immediately to the kids’ zone, but when we arrived, we found that our baby was completely clean. Unfortunately, the staff did not apologize for the mistake and did not allow our baby to remain in the kids’ zone. This caused unnecessary stress and negatively affected our experience. We expected better communication and more professional handling of the situation. We paid 45 AED. And they even not give back the amount.”

“Extremely bad place with highly negligent staff. My daughter was injured due to their lack of care, and instead of taking responsibility, the staff responded in a very provocative and careless manner. Quite simply, they told me: “Your daughter got injured. I do not recommend this place to any parent. It is unsafe for children, and I will be filing an official negligence report with the police regarding my daughter’s injury. I will also be reporting this place to Sharjah Municipality, as it is absolutely not safe for kids.”

“Very nice and clean play area. They have several sections for free, for example trampoline is for free, donut slide for free.. etc. at the morning not very busy and kids below 5 will enjoy the area. Very nice for the kids to spend time and all totes are very well selected that the kids don’t get bored. Some totes needs some maintenance and air conditioner is very hot needs to be fixed. Other than that it’s very clean and nice and friendly staff.”

“Extremely nice place for kids they will like the atmosphere.. music and kid's songs playing in background always It is subtable for kids till 4 years Under 2 years 15 aed per hour Above 2 years 40 aed per hour witch is more i think they have to check the prices New renovation had ben done at October 2024 it becomes more fun and nice Ticket now is 45 aed The Kids Fun Zone is a stimulating world of excitement for children of all ages where they can socialize, interact and develop with their peers. It has been specifically designed to provide a safe environment for kids to have fun in as well as encourage physical activities.”
