“My child has been attending KG2 for the past 2 weeks. I understand that children need time to adjust, but I was disappointed with the teacher’s feedback, which felt quite negative, describing him as ‘careless’ instead of guiding him in a supportive way. At this age, children need patience and encouragement. Additionally, I am not satisfied with the bus service. The care during pick-up and drop-off is not up to the standard I expected. The bus helper does not seem attentive when children are getting down, which is concerning for parents.”

“Very unprofessional and irresponsible people. I requested information from them and requested if I can send my daughter for 1 day for the summer camp and see if we like it? They said pay for it but WE WILL REFUND IF YOU DONT LIKE IT. Now they ARE UNWILLING TO REFUND and calling me unprofessional and telling me their team member (who gave me the info) didn’t KNOW. Beware of working with them!!! Once you pay, you won’t get it back.”

“The Spoken Arabic classes are excellent! The tutor is a native speaker, so the pronunciation and expressions are very natural and authentic. The classes are easy to follow, and the teacher is patient, friendly, and really makes learning fun. I highly recommend this center to anyone who wants to learn real, everyday Arabic!”
