I visited this indoor play area with my 2, 4 and 5 year old kids, and while they had fun, I was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. The play area was very small, which made it feel cramped and overwhelming at times. It seems like this place is best suited for kids aged 4 and under, as the toys and play structures weren't engaging enough for older kids. The variety of toys was limited, and I felt like my kid had explored everything within 30 minutes. The cleanliness and maintenance of the play area also left a lot to be desired. There were noticeable stains on the play equipment, and the floors could have been swept and mopped more frequently. That being said, the staff was friendly, and my kid did enjoy the playtime. If you're looking for a quick play session for a toddler, this might be okay. However, for older kids or those looking for a more extensive play experience, this might not be the best option. Hopefully, they'll expand and improve their offerings in the future!

The new management has made things very confusing for parents. The offers and packages are unclear, and it’s hard to understand what the entrance fee actually covers, especially when most activities require extra charges and the play area is very limited. It’s also difficult when two activities happen at the same time in the same space, forcing children to choose during their booked time. Communication is poor, as calls often go unanswered. We hope they improve clarity and organization for families. I will reply here as I can't add another review. Thank you for your response. However, I believe my feedback has been misunderstood. To clarify, I was never asking for free activities or free hours, as you mentioned in your reply. Parents are already paying the entrance fees. My concern was about organization and the wellbeing of the children. When two activities are scheduled at the same time in the same space, children are forced to choose between them during their limited booked time. A simple solution would be to organize these activities at different times so all children can enjoy them without conflict. My daughter has been a weekly visitor to this play area long before the new management took over, so I can clearly see the difference in the overall experience and in the way clients are treated. I also tried several times to contact the management and asked to speak with the owner or manager. My calls were only answered by employees, and the responses I received through WhatsApp were unclear and did not address my concerns. Despite asking to speak directly with management and even trying to explain the issue in person, there was no proper follow-up. This review became the only way to share my feedback. Since pricing was mentioned in your reply, I would also like to highlight why many parents feel confused. For example, the 3-hour pass is listed as 96 AED, while the saver pass is 480 AED for 15 hours, which results in the same hourly cost rather than offering any real saving. Similarly, the 2-hour pass is 65 AED, while the value pass is 340 AED, which actually ends up costing more rather than less. This kind of pricing structure feels unclear and misleading for parents. Constructive feedback from parents is meant to support improvements. Unfortunately, the way this feedback was addressed and the tone of the reply give a clear impression of how parents are treated. My intention was simply to highlight concerns related to organization, transparency, communication, and most importantly the children’s experience and wellbeing.

Definitely a fun experience for kids and my kids have a lot of fun here. Only thing is it’s quite small. I have to plan our visit so as not to come during rush hour.
