“Miss Hannah is a fantastic teacher and my son really likes learning with her. Melodica move, change and cancel classes whenever they feel like it and expect full flexibility from their costumers. However, when customers ask for something outside of policy due to unforeseen circumstance, it is flatly refused. When I asked for a manager to review, I was to told to email Head Office and the policy was repeated to me over and over again. VERY disappointed with the administration.”
