“I have paid them for 3 months. Winter was coming soon and i asked them before paying if they have heated pool, the manager said yes. Then a week later they told me they are shifting to another branch (which was far for me) because they dont have heated technology here. I went to the new branch and it was a completely new swimming academy and when i went there (on my timings) it was still unopened i had to wait there for so long and yet no one from my old place was there to guide me and i requested for my lady coach and they told me they took her out of the job. And when i demanded for my refund they have still not given it to me its been 4 months and the manager told me he left the company so he cannot do anything about it. So i can either take classes which i cant because the new location is far for me. And now they are making excuses that their finance department is not agreeing on refund as it is a policy. But infact the name of the branch on receipt is marina and not the new academy's name which they didnt tell me before they decided to close it. Because i paid for marina and not nee academy. There was also no policy like that they will shut down”
