“It’s a very disappointing experience with knowledge planet. They invited us for an introductory session. We were excited listening to the presentation. We registered for the next grade 9 for our daughter. They told us to leave our daughter for few class of grade 8 since she had exams. First class there was a sir who gave coaching. After the class my daughter told the sir that what he taught was not as per the book and she clarified by showing the book. Anyway after the first experience she was not interested in going again since she felt it’s not going to be useful. We called and sent e mail to cancel our registration and requested for refund of our 1000 dirhams which we had paid. A representative called nitin kept promising that it’s under process and due to some person from accounts gone on leave it’s delayed kept telling. But after a month suddenlu the same person nitin told that money will not be refunded since we signed a form in the beginning it seems. It’s very unprofessional and they have really shown their true colors. We stopped bcs we felt they really don’t have good teachers to guide. Be careful.”

“Knowledge planet has helped a lot in my grade 10. Portions are covered at a smooth pace and every topic is explained clearly ,faculty is very supportive and help us with our doubts & learning.”
