“We visited the new waterpark with our two kids and had a great time. The park is clean, well-organized, and very family-friendly. There are fun splash areas and gentle slides perfect for younger children, plus comfortable shaded seating for parents. The staff were helpful, and safety was clearly a priority. Best of all, access is included with the hotel booking, which makes it excellent value. A perfect spot for a fun family day out in Dubai.”

“Amazing experience at Grand Hyatt Dubai waterpark! 🌊☀️ The wave pool was so much fun — it really feels like you’re at the beach with perfectly timed waves. The lazy river was super relaxing and a great way to just float and unwind. For thrill seekers, the triple FlowRider was definitely the highlight — such an exciting activity and perfect for some friendly competition! We also loved the cabanas, which gave us a comfortable private space to relax between rides. Clean facilities, great atmosphere, and well-organized overall. Highly recommended for a fun and refreshing day out in Dubai! 💦✨”

“Amazing Hotel Stay Ruined by Shocking Water Park Rules & Poor Management ​The Good: Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Dubai itself was incredible. Despite the crowds, check-in and check-out were smooth. The service was excellent, the rooms were perfectly clean, and the food was amazing. ​The Bad: The water park experience was a total nightmare. While entry is included in the room rate, this "perk" clearly inflates room prices, and it is massively overpriced if paid for separately. Worse, they completely ignore the needs of families. ​I was there with my wife and our two toddlers (ages 3 and 1). Security refused to let us enter with our baby food, yet absolutely nowhere inside the park serves baby-friendly options. I spoke with the manager, Zeeshan, who was completely unsupportive. He only permitted us to bring in a couple of items. ​When those ran out and I went back to security to retrieve the rest of our food, I was told I had to bring my young children outside into the blazing sun and heat just to feed them before re-entering. After 11 years of living in Dubai, this is hands-down the worst, most hostile hospitality experience I have ever faced. I highly recommend families with young children avoid this water park entirely.”
