“We had such an amazing time at Bounce X in Dubai Festival City! The energy of the place is incredible, and there’s so much to do whether you’re going with friends or family. The facilities are clean, the staff are friendly, and everything feels well-organized and safe. A special shoutout to Hajar, who was absolutely fantastic. She helped us learn some cool moves and made the whole experience even more fun and memorable. Her positive attitude and support really stood out. Definitely one of the best places for fun and activity in Dubai — highly recommended!”

“Extremely satisfied with the way Bounce X organized birthday party for my son. After initial interaction with the customer care, I was contacted by Mervin, who helped me plan everything in detail.. On the party day, everything was set up well in advance by the team. We had a last minute request to add Avengers theme for the party, and brought with us the required balloons and other decorations. Though everything was already set up, including the balloons, without any hesitation, Mervin and Webster helped in changing everything to reflect the avengers / super hero theme. All the balloons were changed to the balloons which we brought with us. Joseph took all the kids through all the activities , and kids just loved him.. He made sure all kids got the superhero mask we got with us, and also made sure all kids got enough chance in all the activities.. Food was also excellent, our request for additional pizzas and drinks were addressed at very short notice. A big thanks to Bounce Team - Mervin, Joseph and Webster... !!! Will visit again. 🙂”

“This place is amazing, we visited Dubai after 3 years and all of our kids from 6 years to 14 years had a blast, the staff even helped them fix their posture when flipping and jumping to land better, and showed them techniques to get better. We paid 140 AED per child for 2 hours plus a free pizza. Highly recommend especially during weekdays it was almost as though we had the entire park to ourself.”

“We’ve always had a fantastic experience at Bounce X in DFC Mall.. From the reception team to the coaches, everyone is welcoming, organized and truly invested in making the kids’ experience great. The energy is consistently high, but today really stood out. The coaches were completely on it—especially Dei, who coaches Oliver and Coach Mohsein, both of whom showed amazing patience, enthusiasm, and genuine care for the kids. The ceremony today was much more organized and it really showed. Parents were engaged, the kids were excited, and the whole atmosphere felt fun and smooth. The games were super enjoyable and you could tell how much effort the whole team put into making everything run perfectly. A big shout-out to Coach Mohsein, Coach Kamlesh, Coach Dei, Coach Winnie, Coach Michael and Coach Marvel for keeping the energy high and making the experience memorable for all the kids. Their teamwork and positivity make Bounce X a place we always look forward to coming back to.”
