“My cousin recently visited Al Naja Kids Entertainment Center in Sharjah with her children, and she had a wonderful experience. “This place is lovely and amazing for kids!!!i would definitely recommend 🤍 Very freindly staff and cooperative staffs,,! This is the best place in sharjah for kids and i would definitely recommend it to everyone to visit there who have kids! It's a very fun place for kids!, so many availablity for playing!, I would definitely love to rate it ,10/10 ! Everyone is so nice there! Very neat and clean environment for kids! And iam really thank full to the owner and his family for creating such a wonderful place for kids! And i find the price really accurate! There are cameras also present for the kids safety ,! So definitely recommended to everybody!!,thank you so much al najah kids entertainment centre and it's members!”

“They offer babysitting services which are the most unsafe services I have ever seen. Kids are just left around 90% of the time unsupervised. You will see kids crying by the stairs or doors and there's noone to attend to them or even try to calm them. I was surprised to see a child who was approximately around a year old with a running nose and fever unaccompanied by any adult at the centre. He was left to play with the other children. He kept wiping his nose with his hands and touching everything there. I even saw him sneeze in the ball pit area and there was noone to assist him. There's just 1 lady who sits at the counter and another to assist maybe I dont know because she didnt seem to be doing much assisting. They are unbelievably understaffed. The place is divided into 2 areas but just 1 lady to watch both sides which is also not viewable easily unless you are in that area. I saw a lot of food particles around and juice boxes thrown on the ground. There was also some of the iron type wires popping out from the corners which was my last straw. I immediately took my kid out and left even tho I had paid for more hours. Its a horrible place and noone should leave their kids here”
