The rides are functional and entertaining, though not very thrilling compared to larger or more modern water parks. Slides, wave pools, and play zones are adequate, but some attractions feel slightly dated and could benefit from better maintenance and upgrades. Safety staff are generally present, which adds reassurance, but ride management during peak hours can feel a bit unorganized. Cleanliness is average. While common areas are regularly cleaned, changing rooms and washrooms sometimes fall short of expectations, especially when the park is crowded. Locker facilities are available, but the system could be more streamlined for convenience. Food options inside the park are limited and fairly basic. Prices are on the higher side considering the quality and variety offered. Visitors may find the food acceptable but not particularly memorable, and service can be slow during busy periods. Staff behavior is mixed—some are helpful and courteous, while others appear indifferent, especially during rush hours. Crowd management during weekends and holidays could be improved, as the park tends to get overcrowded, reducing overall enjoyment. “Excellent place to visit with families opting for modest warerparks with young kids.. Some suggestions to improve the experience: 1) There is a small toilet for todlers (up to 3-4 years), however for adults and older kids each time have to go out and use the toilets. For this park size atleast 2-3 toilets in different parts of the park can improve the experience. 2) Some of the rides are either too slow or not functioning as they should like the yellow slide in kids area.. almost all time kids stuck or slowdown and created a panic for my toddler... 3) For lockers cards are issued to visitors however if we need to go hands free there is nonplace to keep it or visitors are suggested to have a bag or trousers with zippers to retain the cards 4) Couldnt find the baby diaper changing room in ladies washroom.. but as mentioned the number of toilets inside the park are very limited.. 5) Drinking water sell point or potable water areas can be introduced to avoid carrying bottles.. (Good to have) 6) Lazy river.. is too slow.. should have bit more waves.. water sprinkles to improve the experience...”
